About
I am a proud graduate of St. Edward’s University, where I earned my degree in Biochemistry. Raised by two Mexican parents and as the eldest of four siblings, I have a deep passion for education and making a difference in students’ lives.
I am particularly excited to help students develop their math skills. I believe that math should be accessible, fun, and empowering for everyone. My goal is to make it less intimidating by using patience, creativity, and personalized teaching strategies.
I focus on understanding how each student learns best—whether through visuals, one-on-one support, or group activities—so that they fully grasp the material before moving on to more complex challenges.
Outside the classroom, I enjoy staying active through exercise, watching TV, listening to all kinds of music, and spending quality time with my friends and family. I’m eager to bring my enthusiasm and dedication into the classroom, creating a positive and engaging experience that helps students truly connect with math.
